I have had the joy of a diverse and unique career and experiences over the past 36 years. In 1991, as communism was falling in Eastern Europe, I was the founder and president of the World Development Council, an NGO/NPA organization which provided technical training to the government leaders of Albania, as they shed the shackles of a dictatorship and embraced democracy. Our transformational focus allowed us a wide range of opportunities, which included the privilege of assisting them in drafting their Constitution and Bill of Rights, providing ongoing leader development training for all levels of government, and consulting with the implementation of small business development strategies in an emerging global market for this small country.
My journey continued in the corporate world as Director of Promotional Sales and Marketing for a media company, where I implemented strategic planning with award-winning sales and marketing campaigns. To round out my diverse career, I have also had the privilege of serving as a missionary in Eastern & Western Europe.
